MODULE EXPERIENCE

Four days of learning, practice, and integration

Each module weekend opens with a welcome ceremony and closes as a full community. In between: class teaching that blends theory and experiential practice, two process sessions per module with your assigned teachers, daily movement and bodywork, and evening activities — including Friday's Take a Risk night and Saturday's spiritual service.

Training takes place at the Dolphin Hotel in Kalamos, Athens; room and board are arranged directly with the venue.

CURRICULUM

A developmental arc from self-awareness to professional practice

Each year follows the same rhythm — five in-person module weekends, homework between modules, and 24 individual process-work sessions with a Core Energetics therapist or somatic psychotherapist.

Year 1 — Foundations & Personal Process

The foundation year. Trainees study energy and consciousness as the basis of human experience, and begin recognizing how they block their own creativity, movement, and life force, through grounding, breathing, sensing, and the fundamentals of energy charge and discharge.

Year 2 — Techniques

Trainees learn the specific techniques for releasing the blocks created by our defensive structures, alongside basic anatomy and an understanding of defensiveness as a kind of spiritual struggle.

Year 3 — Integration

The year trainees put prior learning into practice. Coursework covers ego development, negative intentionality, neuroscience, transference and countertransference, diagnosis, treatment planning, and assessment.

Trainees learn to hold the full arc of client work: the first intake session, planning a client's therapeutic trajectory, and setting goals for character-level transformation, working from the connection between their own higher self and the client's.

Year 4 — The Therapeutic Journey
